Why do tick timers pause?
Timers pause to lower timers on the auctions. This keeps it fun and interesting for everyone. We do this throughout the day and evening.
How many accounts can I have?
You may only have 2 accounts per household OR IP address. If we find that you have more than that ALL of your accounts will be deleted and you will be banned from the site. You will also forfeit any auction winnings and remaining bids. Using invite a friend to invite yourself or any other member of your household is also considered fraud. We do check for fraud daily.
Are all email programs accepted?
NO! You must use a real email address. If you use an email catcher such as hushmail, yopmail, cooltoad, mailinator, ymail, 188.net, hush.com, ect. you will be flagged for fraud and your winning items will NOT be sent. These email catchers are known to be used for committing fraud on this site and we have a ZERO fraud tolerance policy. Inviting yourself or someone from your IP through the invite-a-friend program will be an immediate permanent ban from the site and you can/will be prosecuted for ten times the dollar amount of the stolen bids. BidsTick reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
What happens if there is a malfunction while I am bidding?
In the event of a programming, software, hardware, server, ISP, game play malfunction. All pays and plays are void.
How Long Does It Take For My Won Bid Packages To Be Credited?
We Will Take Every Necessary Step To Credit Your Won Bid Packages As Soon As Possible, But It May Take Up To 24 Hours.
Why do tick timers pause?
Tick timers pause so that we can lower them on auctions to surprise you and to keep things interesting. We do however announce in chat what item is being paused and what the new tick time will be BEFORE we do it. We do not know what time(s) of day we will be in to do this, nor do we know ahead of time which item it will be.
It's simple, here is how it works:
1. Every auction starts at a penny
2. Each auction has a Tick-Time(tm)
3. Each bid placed extends the auction duration by the initial Tick-Time(tm)
4. To win, you must place the last bid
What is a "Tick-Time"?
Every auction has a "Tick-Time", for example 3 minutes.
Every bid placed resets the Tick-Time automatically.
The auction ends when no one places a new bid.
How long does the auction last?
The auction duration is determined by the bidders.
Every bid placed extends the auction by the initial Tick-Time.
How much does it cost to bid?
Bidstick charges an admission fee of UP TO $1 per bid. You can purchase Bid packages to qualify for FREE bids.
The winning bidder pays the final auction closing price plus a flat $5 shipping fee.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is a standard $5 per shipment regardless of the item won.
How do I get my product?
Your product is shipped directly from Amazon.com
How Fast do you ship?
We order within 6 to 8 weeks, from the time the payment is completed. We always try to do overnight shipping, but we are not always able to do this. Your item is always shipped with the fastest shipping method available. Once ordered shipping is in the hands of the retailer. Once the retailer marks your item as either pending shipment or shipped we will change your item status link to say shipped. Once item is actually shipped from the retailer they send us a tracking # which we then forward to you via email.

At this time we only ship to the US. Some restrictions may apply for Alaska and Hawaii based on the size of the item shipped. Check again as we will be adding other countries soon.

How long do I have to pay for the auction?
You have 72 hours to complete payment from the time the auction is closed. If payment is not completed, Bidstick reserves the right to relist the item without prior notice.
How many auctions can I bid on?
You may participate in all auctions simultaneously.
What's the maximum I can bid?
You can bid as many times as you want but can only increase the bid by One cent.
Can I withdraw my bids?
No. Once a bid is placed it is final
What Does i and R mean under auctions
An i under an auction can be clicked to find the description on the item. You should always read this to make sure you are bidding on something you really want. This will also tell you if there are extra steps to take if you win this item such as emailing customer service with the version, color ect. that you want. The R means that this auction might have a reserve on it.
Can I cash out my bids?
No. All bids purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable and may only be used by bidding on the Bidstick marketplace.
What kind of warranty comes with the products purchased?
Most items come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Please log-on the manufacturer's site directly for any warranty related questions on your items.
What is your return policy?
All sales are FINAL. Bidstick.com will gladly exchange any defective item if a claim is made within 7 days from the time the item is received.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you may cancel your purchase within 48 hours from the time the auction closed. You must contact customer service immediately.
Why did an auction pause?
Bidstick reserves the right to pause any of the auctions at anytime and for any reason.

Must I submit my picture if I win?
Bidstick reserves the right to contact and publish the winner's information on its website. On items valued at or over $1,000 US the auction winner must agree to a photo/video interview to be displayed on Bidstick.com site and other marketing materials.
Bidstick.com reserves the right to place a reserve on any auction.
